Checks
The first documents we check
Before introducing a supplier to you, we check the documents that prove its solidity and reliability: so you know from the start who you are dealing with.
Document 01
Business licence
Check of the supplier's legal status, share capital, registered office and the name of its legal representative.
Document 02
QMS certificate
Check that the supplier has a quality management system in place, for example ISO 9001:2008.
Document 03
Bank details
We check that the account belongs to the supplier, to prevent payment fraud.
