Declaration
The export office accepts the declaration, carries out a risk analysis and assigns the MRN (Movement Reference Number).

Exports
The exporter must present the goods and the related export declaration to the competent customs office, transmitted electronically through the Customs Agency's AIDA system.

Release
Release allows the goods to leave under the same conditions and issues the Export Accompanying Document (EAD).

Exit
The goods and the EAD are presented to the office of exit, which checks the physical exit. The goods must leave the territory within 90 days.
04
Closure
The «exit completed» message is proof of exit. The status can be checked by entering the MRN on the Agency's website.
